Want to ticket your events via Outr?
It's free to create an event, takes minutes to set up, and comes with everything you need to manage your event from start to finish!
Simply click the '+' icon on the bottom toolbar of the app, create a host account, and you can then start listing your events.
With Outr ticketing, you gain full access to all of our ticketing features, including ticketing analytics, QR code ticket scanner to check in attendees, guest list management, unique URL for each listing (for non-app users), priority feature on Outr's Instagram and TikTok pages, promo code creation, co-host functionality and much more!
Is it really free for organisers?
Yes, we do not charge fees for orgnaisers to ticket events through Outr. Instead, there is a booking and service fee applied to each ticket (6% + £0.49 processing, min £1.00) paid by attendees.
How do I create a host account?
Once you've downloaded the app and everything is set up click the '+' button in the bottom toolbar to create an event. You'll then be prompted to create a host account. You should use your organisation/business name if you have one.
You will also be asked if you want to keep the account under your personal email or create a new account with your business details. This is up to you.
How long does it take to get my event listed?
Most events are approved within 2-3 minutes, although on occasion it can take longer.
Can I edit my event after publishing?
Yes! You can edit your events as many times as you like.
How do attendees receive their tickets?
Tickets are emailed to attendees; they are also available via the app.
Can people buy tickets without the app?
Yes. Each event listing has a unique URL attached so that you can share the event with people who aren't on Outr.
How do I check in attendees on the day?
We have a QR code ticket scanner that makes for easy check-in. You can also export your guest list and manage it outside of the app.
What happens if my event gets rejected?
Don't panic. We only reject events that breach our community guidelines or that we deem inappropriate for the platform.
How do payouts work?
When creating a paid event for the first time, you will be instructed to connect your Stripe account. Once your event has ended you can withdraw any proceeds from Outr to your account. Please allow 2-3 business days for funds to be remitted.
I want to create a Donation/Pay-what-you-can ticket tier. Is this possible?
Yes!
Can we create collab events?
Yes. When ticketing via Outr, you can add a co-host. As the event creator, only you will have admin controls and the ability to edit. However, the event will still appear on your co-host's page, and it will appear on the listing.
